My work integrates health and wellness coaching, nutritional counseling and mindfulness meditation.

When we work together, we start with focusing on You: your present roles, obligations, desires, wellness patterns and define your personal vision of optimal health.
Next, we work together to create a plan that includes your chosen action steps that propel you toward your vision. Along the way, adjustments are common as we continue to assess your progress.
