Thus began my thirst for knowledge about natural healing and ignited a hunger to learn everything I could. I went on to earn a Doctorate degree in Natural Health and began utilizing the information I learned personally. Little by little, I nursed myself back to a state of complete balanced health by adopting a healthier diet and lifestyle.
It became clear that there was much more to maintaining and restoring health than pills and surgeries. I had a renewed awe for God’s marvelous creation and a calling to help others attain balanced health.
In 2016, I made a conscious decision to pivot in my career. After dedicating 30 years of my life to a struggling paradigm of health, I listened to the whispers and started taking steps to learn the skills I needed to be The Bridge for others who are ready to make necessary changes on their health and wellness journeys. I immersed myself in learning about a myriad of natural health topics, many of which I have adopted and recommend.
In 2019, I attended and became a Certified Coach through Duke Integrative Medicine, and in early 2020, I passed the national coaching certification exam and earned the credential of NBC-HWC in conjunction with the National Board of Medical Examiners. I am currently completing further education in Functional Nutrition.
Today, I partner with all who seek to maintain or restore their health through natural modalities, and I have a special fondness for the caregivers of Alzheimer’s parents.
Thank you for taking the time to find out more about me. Now, I’d love to hear from you! Please send me a note.
